I will praise God’s name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving.
God is joyous with praise, through worship a person experiences benefits.
The psalmist respectfully praises God’s name with thanksgiving in his heart. He therefore gives joy to His heart, more than the giving of ox, a bull with his horn and hooves.
No matter which state a living being is in, in poverty, in prison, suffering from sorrow and bitterness; all the heaven, earth, and the oceans, and all the animals, praise the great amazing God, for He will accomplish all things beautifully, and fulfill hope and promises.
Through a living being’s worship and praise, God will save Zion and rebuild the cities of Judah. Then people will settle there and possess it; the children of his servants will inherit it, and those who love his name will dwell there.(35-36)
